This is 12oz of Apple or Cherry wood smoke cured soft chunk jerky.
Slow Smoked for up to 5 hours at a low temp, each batch is made to order from scratch and using fresh hand cut meat. Our meat is sourced locally in Prescott, AZ and shipped same/next day from the date its prepared to ensure maximum freshness. We can add custom spices upon request as well!

My mother has always made great jerky since i was a kid, and every time she’d make me some, all my friends and family would take it all, and id have to hide some in order to get a bite! Now that I’m older, She is able to make me my own bag and i don’t have to share, but i do want to share her skills with the world.
She has a food safe kitchen and a small smoker all set up, and started locally offering samples. Soon she had more orders then she could keep up with! We upgraded all of her stuff to help speed up the prep time, but keeping the nice SLOW SMOKE style that makes the flavor so incredible. Now that she can handle the volume, im going to put her to the test, and offer it up to EVERYONE! She could use the support from everyone, and loves to share her craft. Product best scarfed down within 3 days.
No refrigeration required, however we do recommend you keep it in an air tight bag and in the fridge after opening. We vacuum seal each bag and include a freshness pack to keep your snack as delicious as possible, but please enjoy this sooner than later.
This jerky will last 10 days at room temp and maintain its full flavor. Refrigerating may lengthen the freshness for up to 2 months if unopened or properly sealed. Home-made jerky isn’t like commercial jerky, this stuff is actually good! (and has a much shorter shelf-life)
